If you are too lazy to cook, try this.
1. Oatmeal with fruits and nuts
Ingredients:
- 1 glass of water;
- ½ cup rolled oats;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- ¼ glasses of any fruit or berries.
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and place in a mug or dish. Microwave for 2 minutes and 20 seconds. If the porridge turns out to be liquid, then cook it for another 10-15 seconds.
2. Oatmeal with honey and cinnamon
Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats;
- ¾ glasses of milk;
- 1 tablespoon honey;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Pour milk over the rolled oats and microwave for 2 minutes. You can cook the porridge a little longer if you want it thicker. Then add honey, salt and cinnamon, mix well.
3. Oatmeal with egg
Ingredients:
- ⅓ glasses of rolled oats;
- ½ glass of milk;
- 1 egg;
- ¼ cups of any chopped fruit.
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a microwaveable dish and cook for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for another 1–1.5 minutes, depending on the desired consistency of the porridge. The longer it takes to cook, the thicker it will become. The porridge can be sprinkled with cinnamon, chocolate, raisins, or other toppings of your choice.
4. Apple crumble
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of butter;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of rolled oats;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg;
- 1 pinch of salt.
For filling:
- 1 large apple;
- ½ tablespoon of butter;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients by rubbing the butter thoroughly with a fork.
Cut the apple into small cubes, place in a microwave-safe dish and top with butter. Heat the apples for a minute to soften.
Remove the mold and add the remaining ingredients to the apples. Toss and place the oatmeal mixture on top. Microwave for 2 minutes.
5. Vanilla cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 60 g cream cheese;
- 2 tablespoons sour cream;
- 1 egg;
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice;
- a pinch of vanillin;
- sugar to taste.
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and microwave at full power for 1.5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. The finished cheesecake can be chilled and sprinkled with berries and chopped nuts, or you can choose other toppings.
6. Omelet with cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of milk;
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- other spices to taste;
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
Preparation
Whisk eggs and milk and pour into a mug. Microwave at full power for 45 seconds. Then remove the mug, stir and set for another 30-45 seconds. Season the finished omelet with salt, pepper and any other spices and sprinkle with grated cheese.
7. Sandwich with poached egg and sour cream
Ingredients:
- ½ cup sour cream;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 green onion feather;
- 1 slice of bread;
- 1 pinch of paprika.
Preparation
Place the sour cream in a microwaveable container. Add chopped onion and stir. Make a small depression in the sour cream and break the eggs there.
Place the lid on the container and microwave for 2, 5–3, 5 minutes, until the egg whites are cooked. Place eggs and sour cream on toasted bread and sprinkle with paprika.
8. Omelet with tomatoes and peppers
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of milk;
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese;
- ½ tomato;
- ¼ green pepper;
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Combine eggs, milk, cheese, diced tomatoes and peppers. Season with spices and pour into a mug. Microwave at full power for 30 seconds. Stir and cook for another 70 to 80 seconds, until the omelet rises.
9. Pizza with eggs and sausage
Ingredients:
- 1 egg;
- 1 tablespoon milk
- several pieces of sausage - optional;
- 1 small flatbread;
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
Preparation
Whisk in the egg and milk and add the sausage (optional). Transfer to a bowl and microwave on full power for 30 seconds. Stir and set for another 15-45 seconds, until the egg hardens. Place the egg on a flatbread, sprinkle with cheese and cook for 10-15 seconds until the cheese is melted.
10. Quiche with tomatoes and cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg;
- 1½ tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 4 small tomatoes;
- 1 thick slice of bread
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese;
- a few sprigs of any greens (onion feathers, dill, parsley).
Preparation
Whisk egg, milk, butter, salt and pepper in a mug. Add in halved tomatoes, small pieces of bread, cheese and chopped greens. Do not stir the ingredients as they will settle in the egg mixture by themselves. Place the mug in the microwave for 1 minute. Sprinkle the finished quiche with chopped herbs.
11. Quiche with spinach
Ingredients:
- ½ cup fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons of water;
- 1 egg;
- ⅓ glasses of milk;
- ⅓ glasses of grated cheese;
- 1 slice of ham - optional;
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Place spinach in a cup, cover with water, cover with a napkin and microwave for 1 minute. Then drain the excess liquid from the mug. Add raw egg, milk, cheese, ham (optional) and spices. Stir, cover the mug with a napkin and microwave for 3 minutes.
