  6. Generalized infection, osteitis, osteitis, osteomyelitis caused by the BCG vaccine.
  7. Chronic arthritis due to rubella vaccination.

  • Identification.
  • Conclusion on establishing the fact of post-vaccination complications.

If a person has died, add to the package of documents:

  • Death certificate when the person passed away in another region. Otherwise, the department will receive papers from the registry office directly.
  • Written consent of all adult family members of the deceased to pay benefits to the applicant.
  • Proof of eligibility, such as a marriage certificate.
