The functional service allows you to post emails from Gmail and Office 365 to Trello-style boards.
In FLOW-e, every message in your inbox is a potential task. You can drag and drop letters to different boards and thus keep track of the progress of tasks. You can put labels on tasks so as not to get confused in their endless stream.
The service has only one permanent board - "Done". The rest you are free to add and remove yourself. Initially, you will see the standard "To Do" and "In Progress" boards, but if necessary, you can add new ones, choosing a name and color for each.
At the bottom of the FLOW-e page there is a line of events for the current day. It displays all relevant events from the calendar of the service whose mail you linked to the manager. Using the "+" icon on the left, you can add new cases. On the right is a button that opens the calendar in a separate window.
Like Trello, FLOW-e has improvements (Power-Ups). These are various add-ons that can be turned on and off at any time and which make the service even more functional. For example, the Card To-Do’s improvement allows adding to-do lists to cards, and thanks to Cards without email, the product can be used as a traditional task manager - without being tied to letters. The list of improvements will be replenished - the developers offer to vote for the most interesting ones right in the window of their choice.
Like everything good, you have to pay for FLOW-e. After the end of the two-week trial period, you will have to shell out $ 9 per month of using the service. You can also invite friends for a chance to win a year's subscription.
