Professional success most often means that sooner or later you become a manager. Although it is better to say the leader. From example to example, the pros and cons of each type are given. With all this, the author brings us to the most important thing - you need to be flexible.

Since I have already mentioned examples, there are a lot of them in the book. These are not just isolated passages. These are small pieces that come together in a huge puzzle and make the author's thoughts simple and clear. All of these stories are accompanied by Deborah's excellent sense of humor.

The book will be useful to all managers … Both for beginners and those "who have been in the big chair." It will be useful whether you like driving or not. I especially recommend it to those who are approaching the prospect of becoming a leader.
