If your Windows computer
On your computer, open File Explorer and enter your FTP address in the address bar. If everything went well, you will be able to connect to the memory of your smartphone.
All that remains to be done is to select the file you need on your computer and transfer it to the phone directory and vice versa.
If a computer with macOS or Linux
An FTP client is needed here. For example, the free FileZilla.
After installation, in the "Host" box, which is located in the upper right corner, enter your FTP-address and click on the "Quick Connection" button. FileZilla will automatically connect to your server and you can manage your phone's storage.
