Web creators grab your attention with vibrant colors, but you can fix that.
If you are concerned about spending too much time on entertainment sites, then try the Grayscale the Web extension. It will make websites black and white and show how useful (or unhelpful) they really are.
The plugin allows you to remove colors from all resources or only from some sites or tabs. Individual sites can be added to exceptions so that the extension does not work on them.
You can make the asset always appear in black and white, regardless of the settings. To do this, click on the Grayscale the Web icon and click on the Save Site button.
Some sites use background images that cannot be made in black and white. Then a special switch will come in handy, which will remove such backgrounds and replace them with light gray ones. This setting is at the very end of the Grayscale the Web options, which can be accessed by right-clicking on the extension's icon.
