Some smartphones already support the new version of Google's mobile OS.
The Android P beta was unveiled at the Google I / O conference, and this is the first beta not only supported by Pixel smartphones.
Android P is currently available for installation on the following devices:
- Google Pixel / XL;
- Google Pixel 2 / XL;
- OnePlus 6;
- Essential PH-1;
- Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S;
- Sony Xperia XZ2;
- Nokia 7 Plus, Oppo R15 Pro;
- Vivo X21 / UD.
If you're impatient and want to give Android P a try, you can install it now. If, of course, you have a compatible gadget. Please note that some of the smartphones on this list have not even gone on sale yet. But as soon as you purchase one of them, you can immediately update to the latest version of Android.
Android P is in beta, which is not very stable yet. Make sure to back up all important data on your smartphone. And in advance, read the instructions for flashing on the website of the manufacturer of your device, so that in case of a malfunction, you can roll back to the stable version of the system.
