The workout consists of seven exercises:

  • Side steps in a half-squat + jumping out.
  • Touching the knees in a plank with a jump in a half-squat.
  • Side lunges with a knee lift.
  • "Worm" with double push-ups.
  • "Rock climber" crosswise.
  • Jumping lunges.
  • Bearish bar touching four points.

You can do each exercise for 30 seconds and rest for the rest of the minute. Or work 40 or 50 seconds and rest 20 and 10 seconds. Choose your time depending on the level of training. When you finish the last exercise, rest for one minute and repeat the workout.
