For a quarter of a century, Adobe Photoshop has deservedly been called the most powerful tool for editing raster graphics. Here are eight YouTube channels to help you switch from Photoshop to you.

Advertising, web design and professional photography are the main markets that make good money with Photoshop. On the other hand, millions of people delve into the intricacies of a graphic editor exclusively for themselves: for example, for high-quality retouching of their own pictures and overlaying complex effects on them. Do not hesitate, the game is worth the candle, however, you will have to study hard and painstakingly practice. Our selection of YouTube instructors will get you started.

Adobe photoshop

The branded channel of Adobe's flagship product will be useful to any user, regardless of skill level. It is here that you can learn first-hand about the most important updates of the program and its new features, or just watch quality lessons.

Tutvid

Author Nathaniel Dodson has been developing for ten years. On his channel tutvid, the peppy photographer shares his own experience of processing portraits, food photos, Apple Watch images, and also talks about tricks of new versions of the graphic editor or reflects on related topics, for example, “Plagiarism is good”, “When to use Photoshop, and when - Illustrator . Some lessons last about an hour, but cover complex topics in full.

PhotoGavin

Gavin Hoey is an official Adobe competition winner, product evangelist, and active raster graphics coach. The vast experience and skills of working with Photoshop and Lightroom tools will undoubtedly be useful to all photographers, despite the fact that the last issue was posted more than a year ago: the author was engaged in a similar project related to staging a photo.

IceflowStudios

Since 2006, Howard Pinsky has been sharing Photoshop and Lightroom tutorials on IceflowStudios. A large list of high-quality videos is divided into thematic playlists, among which, it seems to me, Minute Photoshop Tips stand out - short videos with maximum benefit for those who are short on time. By the way, Howard recently demonstrated his skills in real time. I hope he liked it and the undertaking will take root.

Blue Lightning TV

Marty Geller, owner of Blue Lightning TV, shares recipes for classic Photoshop tricks and effects in a very meticulous way. Surely these simple and accessible lessons will appeal primarily to beginners. It is also important that Marty records new videos with enviable consistency and does not ignore burning topics, such as Christmas or the release of a new episode of "Star Wars".

Photoshop Tutorials

More than 100 lessons from Photoshop Tutorials cover the most diverse topics: lighting effects, working on fonts, retouching portraits and simulating weather phenomena such as snow. The short duration and low complexity should appeal to beginners. Moreover, in the description of each video there is a link to the home page, where the source codes of the lessons are posted, though not always for free.

Photoshop Training Channel

The name of the Photoshop Training Channel speaks for itself: Photoshop Tutorials, Photoshop Tricks, Photoshop Effects and nothing more. A special mantra has been adopted here. I quote: "Just show me how it's done."

PhlearnLLC

800 thousand subscribers and 42 million views speak of the highest class of PhlearnLLC. This is a channel for young, advanced and experienced Photoshop users from professional photographers and retouchers. In addition to preparing tutorial videos for YouTube, the team sells special collections of tutorials with RAW source files, textures and detailed explanations on the most popular areas of design and photography, for example, creating a pin-up photo or deep retouching of portraits.

I have no doubt that some readers will be indignant about the language of the proposed channels. But there are two explanations for this. Firstly, I myself once learned the basics of Photoshop from English-language literature and video tutorials. There is nothing difficult in this, because all actions are clearly visible on the screen, and this is a must if you plan to become a professional. Secondly, I simply did not come across good Russian-language channels. Perhaps I missed them and missed them. Then please share the links in the comments.:)
