Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups regular oatmeal (not instant);
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup sugar syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or a pinch of vanillin
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • 2/3 cup dried cherries (cranberries, strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate

Cooking. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking sheet with baking paper.

In a small saucepan, combine syrup or honey, sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Put the saucepan on low heat and stir thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then remove from heat and add vanillin or vanilla extract.

Place 1/2 cup of oatmeal in a food processor and grind it into flour. Add along with the remaining flakes, almonds and dried fruits to the saucepan with the sugar mixture. Wet your hands with water and mix everything well.

Place on a baking sheet, lightly press down with your hands and bake for 25-30 minutes. Break the finished granola into pieces and cool. Such a homemade breakfast is kept in an airtight container for about two weeks.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups almond chunks
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free cocoa powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee;
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanillin
  • 1 ¼ cup unsweetened coconut
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Cooking. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper. In a bowl, combine oatmeal, almonds, cocoa, cinnamon, coffee, salt and vanilla extract (or vanillin) and pour the honey over the top. Mix everything well again and spread on a baking sheet in a thin layer.

Send to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Then mix everything again with a spatula and bake for another 10 minutes. Add coconut flakes there and send it back to the oven for just a minute, as the coconut flakes burn very quickly.

  • 1 cup almond flakes
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
