Fast and tasty recipes have not been published for a long time. Therefore, we are correcting and publishing the quick chocolate cake recipe. Valentine's Day is coming soon, and then March 8 is just around the corner, remember?

Ingredients: 3/4 cups flour, 3/4 cups sugar, 3/4 cups cocoa, 2 1/4 teaspoons baking soda or baking powder, 1/4 plus 1/8 teaspoon salt, 2 large egg yolks, 6 tablespoons melted butter, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract or a pinch of vanillin, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate, 1 cup of warm water. The cup is a standard 250 ml cup. If you're using a smaller cup, just add less butter and vanillin.

Cooking. Combine all the flour, 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 1/2 cup sugar, baking soda, and salt in a microwave safe bowl.

Add the yolks, water, chocolate chips, butter and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and stir well until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of cocoa and 1/4 cup of sugar and sprinkle on top of the resulting dough.

Bake in the microwave at full power. After the dough begins to bubble and gurgle, you need to bake for another 4 to 5 minutes.

You can also try making a smaller version in a cup or pouring the mixture into ceramic muffin tins. Only in this case it will be necessary to very carefully observe the cake, since the cooking time will change.
