We've already written about useful Instagram profiles for those who love sports. In this collection, we have collected profiles of athletes and fitness trainers who publish a variety of training plans: with their own body weight, free weights and equipment.

These profiles do not analyze the technique of exercises and often do not indicate how many approaches and reps to perform and how to choose the weight of dumbbells, medballs and other equipment.

Guided by your feelings: if you are doing exercises with weight, the last one or two repetitions in the approach should be given hard. If you are doing cardio, your heart rate should not drop below 150-160 beats per minute.

1. Robert. Luth

The account of fitness trainer Roberta Luth, in which she uploads her workouts. Here you will find exercises for specific muscle groups, weight-free workouts that you can do at home, options with free weights, and even unusual ways to train on machines.

5. Jay T. Maryniak

Jay T. Maryniak's Performix Workout Profile. Here you will find ready-made training plans, most often harsh and very intense, with additional equipment in the form of kettlebells, dumbbells, massage rollers, ropes and pedestals. Some of the workouts are crazy. Only a truly trained and courageous athlete can repeat this.

10. Kenneth Gallarzo

The profile of Kenneth Gallarzo, Vice President of the World Calisthenics Organization, will appeal to those who want to train only with their own body weight (or with a friend as a weight) and thus develop maximum strength, agility and a sense of balance.

You will learn many interesting complexes and exercises for the development of strength and balance, and some videos will surely cause admiration and a desire to learn how to do the same.
