Authoritative publication Bloomberg, citing its sources, told Apple to Embrace iPhone X Design With New Colors, Bigger Screens that Apple is preparing for the September announcement of three new iPhone models. The most expensive corporation in the world this time relies on three models instead of the usual two, while all of them will receive the design of last year's iPhone X.

With an almost identical familiar design with bangs and edge-to-edge displays, the three models will differ in features and performance. How exactly is not reported yet. It is possible that we will have a standard distribution of the iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Plus, as well as an additional more affordable model with the Xc index, for example. These are just guesses.

It is also reported that the top model (codename D33) of the new line will receive the largest screen in the history of the iPhone - 6.5 inches with an OLED matrix. The other two versions - D32 and N84 - will receive screens of 5, 8 and 6, 1 inches, respectively. The design of the case will be identical to the iPhone X - a glass back cover and a metal "bezel". Especially for the large 6.5-inch model, the iOS firmware will add a split-screen function in two parts for working with several applications at the same time. This feature has long been available in Android and iOS for iPad.

It is clarified that in one smartphone model, they will abandon the OLED matrix in favor of the usual Retina (IPS) for the sake of lowering the cost. A more diverse iPhone lineup is part of Apple's new strategy, Bloomberg said. The company seeks to expand its presence in the mobile market through devices of various categories.
