1. Simple pancakes with apples
Ingredients
- 4-5 apples;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 3-4 tablespoons of flour;
- 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Preparation
Peel and core the apples. Then grate on a coarse grater.
Combine fruit with salt, sugar, egg and flour.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Shape the pancakes and cook until golden brown on each side, about 2-4 minutes.
2. Apple pancakes with kefir
Ingredients
- 1 apple;
- 300 ml of kefir;
- 2 eggs;
- 160-180 g flour;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 2-3 tablespoons of sugar;
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda;
- 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Preparation
Peel the apple and grate it on a fine grater.
Beat kefir with eggs. Add flour, salt, sugar and baking soda. Stir to make the mass without lumps. Fill in the grated apple. Stir well again.
