Today the social network Facebook presented to the public the update of its regular tool "Notes". This is the first release to bring such significant changes to users. The app's fresh design and enhanced functionality has effectively turned it into a blogging platform like Medium.
Now, to the delight of yourself and your subscribers, you can choose a photo for the cover of your blog, as well as place frames with captions in the body of the publication. Of course, the developers did not disregard the possibility of text formatting: headings, quotes, numbering and bullets of lists - everything a writer needs to express his thoughts.
Many have been using Facebook for more than a year, but let's remember how long ago you went to Notes and wrote something there? Do you know where this tool is located? (To be honest, I didn't know.)
The company expects to increase interest in the updated application and its further popularization among users of the social network. Of course, you can't immediately take and put the built-in Facebook tool on a par with the already existing and rather popular platforms Medium and Squarespace. But, you see, who (we mean the average web user) would want to make unnecessary movements if all the basic functions for maintaining a full-fledged blog are, as they say, in one window? For many, this argument will be enough.
Note that the new design of "Notes" has already flashed on the Internet in August this year. It remains only to nod approvingly towards those who started and implemented all this: the introduction is really expedient. Perhaps, another reason to give this social network one more chance.
Considering how many things people have started to post in their feeds, as well as the widespread popularity of this social network, we dare to assume that soon we will be able to observe new private news resources on Facebook.
