In the new film "Demonic" Blomkamp reimagines the stories about exorcists. She will talk about the order of spirit fighters, who use advanced technology in their war. With the help of a device that creates projections in the mind, the main character looks into the soul of her mother. Tu is accused of killing 20 people.

Edgar Wright is known as the creator of the stylish comedies "Zombie Called Sean" and "Scott Pilgrim vs. All", as well as the author of the crime "Baby on the Drive". But now Wright has taken on the first real horror of his career.
The plot is dedicated to a girl from our time who is interested in design (Thomasin McKenzie). She mysteriously moves to London in the 1960s and finds herself in the body of her idol, the singer Sandy (Anya Taylor-Joy). The heroine starts an affair with her colleague Jack (Matt Smith). - Director: Paul Thomas Anderson
Eight-time Academy Award nominee Paul Thomas Anderson has directed iconic films such as Boogie Nights, Oil and Magnolia. The author's last painting, Phantom Thread, was released in 2017.
The plot of the new film has not yet been revealed. But the action will unfold in the 1970s in the San Fernando Valley, and one of the main characters will be a teenager starting his stellar career. Most likely, this role will be played by the young actor Cooper Hoffman. This can partly be considered a tribute to the memory of his father, Philip Seymour Hoffman, who starred in five films of the director.
Bradley Cooper will also play in Soggy Bottom. Moreover, there are suggestions that he will appear in the image of the producer of the movie "A Star Is Born" in 1976, John Peters. This is ironic, because in 2019, Cooper made his own remake of this picture.

One story will focus on the 1968 student protests. The other is for art dealer Joseph Duvin. The plots are partly taken from The New Yorker magazine, which Wes Anderson loves very much.
As always, the director's film has an all-star cast. Timothy Chalamet, Adrian Brody, Tilda Swinton, Benicio Del Toro, Bill Murray, Lea Seydoux, Frances McDormand will play in the French Gazette. And this is not a complete list of celebrities.

In recent years, Adam McKay has been known for his satirical comedies based on true events. He directed Play Down, about the 2007 US financial crisis, and Power, about US Vice President Dick Cheney.
In the new work, McKay takes a fantastic plot, but again turns it into irony over our reality. "Don't Look Up" tells about astronomers who discover that in a few months the Earth will be destroyed by a meteorite. They go on a press tour to warn people of the danger.
The main roles in the film will be played by the audience's favorites Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence. They will be accompanied by many stars of the first magnitude: Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett, Timothy Chalamet, Jonah Hill, Matthew Perry and others.

The creator of "Obsession" and "La La Landa" Damien Chazelle is working on a painting dedicated to Hollywood in the 1920s. The plot has not yet been revealed, but it will capture the transition from silent to sound films.
It was originally planned that Emma Stone, who had already collaborated with the director, would play in the film. But she left the project, and she was replaced by Margot Robbie. The main male role went to Brad Pitt. Max Minghella, Flea and Samara Weaving also joined the cast. The participation of the latter is especially ironic, because this actress is often compared and even confused with Margot Robbie.
10. Northerner
- UK, USA, 2022.
- Thriller, drama, historical.
- Premiere: April 21, 2022.
- Director: Robert Eggers.
The career of Robert Eggers began with the arthouse horror film "The Witch", which glorified both the director and Anya Taylor-Joy, who played the main role. And in 2019, he released an even more unusual black and white film, Lighthouse, opposite Robert Pattinson and Willem Dafoe.
Eggers' third feature-length work tells about Iceland of the 10th century. In the center of the plot will be Prince Amlet - the character of Scandinavian legends and the prototype of Shakespeare's Hamlet. The hero will avenge the death of his father.

The picture tells about the emotional emancipated erotomaniac Bella Baxter. Escaping from her cruel husband, the heroine dies, but then the brain of an unborn child is transplanted to her.
13. Men
- United Kingdom.
- Drama, horror.
- Director: Alex Garland
Actress Jesse Buckley in recent years has managed to star in several striking projects at once. She has appeared in HBO's acclaimed Chernobyl, Fargo Season 4, and Charlie Kaufman's I Think How To Finish It All. Now the actress will play the main role in the low-budget horror film by Alex Garland, the creator of Out of the Car and Annihilation.
The film tells about a woman who, after the death of her husband, goes on a trip to England alone.
14. Disappointment Blvd
- Canada, USA.
- Drama.
- Director: Ari Astaire.
The author of the popular horror films "Reincarnation" and "Solstice" Ari Astaire is working on a dramatic film. The plot is still unknown, but it will focus on the life of one of the most successful entrepreneurs of all time.
No less interesting, Oscar-winning Joaquin Phoenix will play the main role. The actor is known not only for his reincarnations and immersion in images, but also for his choosiness in the choice of projects. So his participation can be considered an indicator of the quality of the picture.
15. Bones & All

- Director: Luca Guadagnino.
The director of the drama Call Me by Your Name and the horror film Suspiria, Luca Guadagnino, is working on a new unusual project.
