Good day! My name is Sergey Slinko, I am 48 years old, I live in Kiev and eat exclusively fresh and natural products. Sometimes this style of eating is called "raw food", but this is not a very appropriate term. I like "live food" or SAME more. The main idea is that the body of any creature on our planet is optimally tuned to the consumption of natural, natural food. And only on it the body works as efficiently as possible. For humans, these are fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, berries, and sometimes nuts. And any artificial (primarily heat-treated) food is less suitable than natural. It is believed that the style of eating changes dramatically due to illness, passion for religion / mysticism, or an effort of will after certain books, films, someone else's example. And at 44, I was practically healthy, avoided religions, loved "traditional" food in body and soul. And I liked this life!
I loved the grilled meat, I loved the smell, the look, the taste and the sensation on the tongue. I laughed at vegetarians, and when I accidentally read about Izyum, I was sure that it was a "divorce".
But one day in the spring of 2010, after another meat, I suddenly noticed a strange sensation - the meat was bland and expressionless. I thought I was just overeating and it is better to wait a little. But something unprecedented happened - the longer I didn’t eat meat, the less I wanted it, and the better I felt. And I dared to experiment - to live a little without meat! My health was strong, if anything, I will always "jump off". And there is protein in fish - this is how my fish period began, which soon ended with the same result. Then cottage cheese was a hit … but when in December 2010 my favorite food was a tiny portion of porridge (no salt and butter) and a huge bowl of salad, I really got scared.
My mother is a doctor, I knew that meat gives protein, milk - calcium, and fish - phosphorus. But without all this, my health and well-being improved rapidly! There was a "gap" in the brains - reality began to contradict knowledge. I rushed to study all the available nutritional theories, but there were no answers until I got to P. Sebastianovich's book. It has become for me a kind of key "puzzle" that put the scattered pieces of information in a coherent picture in my head. I read the book "voraciously" for two days, and on the third I announced to my wife that I would eat only fresh and natural - that is, I would not cook porridge! My beautiful "half" smiled and said - whatever you say, dear! And after a couple of weeks she herself "asked" to join me. So, in January 2011, our family switched to food only fresh and natural.
First we made SALADS. The most complex combinations of 7-8 vegetables / fruits / root vegetables, dressings from several oils, additives from nuts and seeds - it was very tasty, we literally enjoyed them and were ready to eat all our lives. But … after 3 months another "something" happened - I wanted to lighten the salad to 2-3 products, I liked it that way. And the aftertaste of butter became somehow "heavy", just a couple of drops were added. And in April 2011 a "wild" thought came to me - to bite off a piece of cabbage right from the head of cabbage. To my surprise, I liked it! Better than salad. From that time on, our period of separate feeding began.
Now we are eating everything separately. Without mixing, the taste is much brighter and fuller, and the addition of oil and salt generally kills the joy of sensations. And so saturation and a surge of energy come faster. This is not classic mono. We can eat tomatoes, then with pleasure continue with cucumbers, and have a snack with cabbage. But there was also an "apricot" period when we ate almost 100% apricots for 2 weeks. And also "nectarine", "persimmon", "grapefruit", etc. Strawberry-watermelon-melon also go better on their own.
We changed our diet for one reason - it tasted better. And it became tastier when the body itself wanted changes.
How did my body react to the SAME? The fact is that I am a purely pragmatic person. My mother is a doctor, I am an electronics engineer myself, so I only need real, measurable benefits. And my body reacted very well. About a week later, I started waking up in the morning simply because I had enough sleep! There was no sleepiness, no desire to lie down a little longer. Energy during the day has become "more than enough". Further more. An unpleasant odor and morning brown bloom were gone from the mouth. After a while, the smell of sweat disappeared. For a year and a half, a warm shower with a washcloth (without any gels or shampoos) has been enough for me to be clean and fresh. In the spring of 2011, I suddenly realized that I was pleasantly losing weight. With a height of 192 cm, I weighed 96 kg, in 4 months I lost up to 78 kg, and now I weigh 82 kg. My favorite weight! At the same time, the skin on the whole body was cleared, it became softer and smoother. After shaving, my face stopped itching (I threw the gels in the trash). The tongue became pink, like that of babies. The periodically appearing herpes on the lips disappeared forever. At the end of 2011, I was struck by a "wild" thought - why not walk in the snow barefoot? It was scary, because all my previous life I even washed my hands with warm water. But when I went out, it turned out to be the other way around - nice. Now I often walk like that. You understand that you don't have to remember about colds (and other) diseases.
From time to time I undergo medical tests, analyzes, examinations, and often there are incidents when the doctor does not understand what is happening. My results contradict his concepts. Another doctor, studying the results, declares:
-You know, you have a huge hereditary predisposition to hypertension, and you need …
Suddenly, bewildered, she fell silent, running her eyes across the computer screen and clicking the mouse. After 20 seconds, she continued in surprise:
-… but the probability of occurrence at the moment is practically zero! This is the first time I've seen this! Your development of hypertension is moving in the opposite direction!
After 2 years, even my internal organs and systems began to work better than it was prescribed by medical standards for a 25-year-old guy. Osteochondrosis disappeared from the spine, and he became more flexible than in his youth. The pulse dropped to a value of 50-52 beats, which indicates a healthy heart and clean blood vessels. And many, many, many other things.
I am very happy with my choice. I have made sure that eating fresh and natural products is the most natural food system. It allows you to get rid of diseases and other problems with the body in the most effective and natural way. Nothing needs to be done on purpose, everything happens by itself. Yes, there are many so-called. "Scientific theories" proving that this cannot be. But maybe!!!
