If you are a beginner, start with wheat sprouts (price - 90 rubles for 400 grams, enough for at least six months). They are the tastiest, suit everyone and germinate quickly. You need to buy seeds specifically for germination, they are sold in all health food stores and pharmacies.

Wheat sprouts are rich in iron, potassium, magnesium and zinc, as well as vitamin E, therefore, they improve blood circulation, the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract (indicated for gastritis, colitis), the nervous system, and heal the skin, hair and nails.

Having mastered, you can move on to amaranth seedlings (price - 150 rubles per 200 grams).
