Five great exercises for shoulder and hip mobility.
This workout is perfect for days off from strength and cardio workouts. Five exercises will develop joint mobility, stretch clogged muscles and leave you feeling light in the body.
Do the complex in a circular workout format - do each exercise for a minute, and then move on to the next. If the movements are to one side, then 30 seconds each.
Perform three circles of the following exercises:
- Deep squat overhead.
- Breast opening with expander.
- Transfer of hands behind the back.
- Transfer the arm back in a deep lunge with a change of legs.
- Stretching the hip flexors in motion.
If you don't have a fitball, you can do the exercises without it. Do deep squats and flexor stretches with support on the wall, and transfer your arms behind your back - lying on the floor.
Try and write like a sensation.
