You only need a five liter bottle of water.
Latin American fitness queen Michelle Lewin has posted a home workout with a 1 gallon bottle of water. You can use a standard 5 liter container.
Exercises will pump well the muscles of the front and back of the thighs, properly load the buttocks and strengthen the extensor muscles of the back. The entire workout will take about an hour.
The workout includes six exercises:
- Lunges in the run - 30 steps, six approaches with a pause of 30 seconds between them.
- Pivot Lunges and Water Bottle Squats - 15 reps, 5 sets.
- Lunges to the side and forward - 10 repetitions of a ligament of exercises (for each leg), 4 sets.
- One-legged bottle bends - 12 reps per leg, 4 sets.
- Romanian Bottle Deadlift - 20 reps, 3 sets
- Bends with wide legs and toes turned out - 20 reps, 2 sets or more.
Rest no more than 30-45 seconds between sets, set a timer.
