Health

I train for three hours every day.

If I get sick, I definitely give myself injections of immunostimulants, intravenous injection of vitamin C. Such are the sports ways to fight diseases.

I usually have a temperature only once a year. When I'm sick, I still train, the exception is fever.

Here's another life hack - I don't go on vacation, I only go to sports camps. And this has been the case for the last eight years. The exception is when my children were born.

From gadgets I use Garmin 910. I wear it like a watch, because as soon as I take it off I forget somewhere. And then I run out, leave or swim out for training without him, which leads to the loss of the objectivity of the training process and the maintenance of the sports calendar, and this is of paramount importance to me.

I conduct all my workouts in Garmin Connect, it allows me to take into account absolutely everything. It displays how much you swam, how much you drove. I also have a scale, there are a thousand functions. I weigh myself every day. They show fat, moisture, only the blood type is not marked.

Once a month or two I do blood tests - general and for hormones.

I do not use special sports nutrition. Sometimes I eat up all sorts of bars or gels during cycling, but these are not special ones - the usual ones, those that are available in the PowerBar. We have a good manufacturer - Zlakomka.

I always go to bed at 23:00. I sleep at least eight hours. If I can't sleep for eight hours, I sleep during the day. If I don't get enough sleep during the day, I shorten the workout. After the first injury, I came to the conclusion that I should sleep nine hours a day, and, accordingly, set myself such a task in Outlook. I go to bed on the alarm clock: at 11 o'clock my alarm clock rings that I have to go to bed.

If you count tea with a cookie as a meal, then I probably eat about five times a day. And I have three full meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Well, there are also snacks. But snacks depend more on when I need to exercise and how long I have been eating. Hungry for training, I do not run out.

Another massage 1-2 times a week. I go to the bathhouse once a week.

Time management

I combine two processes. On the one hand, I use all sorts of devices, such as iPhone, iPad, and I have several assistants who help me plan by adding something to the schedule. The second option is that I myself plan, as a rule, I build everything in priority mode. If there is something that I absolutely need to do, I put it on my schedule or focus on it.

I cannot say that I am a man of the schedule. I have a rough schedule. In principle, I note all the important things for myself and I will definitely implement them.

Financial management

I never carry any significant amount of cache with me.

I don't keep my money in cash because I believe that all money should work.

I diversify risks by assets depending on profitability, planned profitability and many other aspects. I have a whole financial department that manages finances. Of course, there are also non-core assets that are not profitable. I periodically struggle with them or try to turn them into profitable ones - I do it, work with it, think about it.

I've always worked hard - this is the basic rule.

When I was at university and was very young, I worked seven days a week for 20 hours a day. Then he got a little older - he allowed himself a weekend. Then he became even older - he allowed himself to be generally flexible in approaching this process. But basically I always worked hard.

Now many people have the opinion that I constantly train and do not work. This is not the case - I work even when I train.

Career

I have always fulfilled my obligations. This is the main rule for me. This is probably what allows you to maintain charisma. It is sometimes very difficult, daunting.

House

I have a farm: goats, chickens, rabbits, poultry. There is a bathhouse. Good internet. No TV and no air conditioning.

I don't have a hundred rooms. I have a fairly small house - 450 meters, which is not much for a family with five children.

Children

The first child was born when I was 18 years old.

I am a good father. I think that I am strict, fair and kind. I pay a lot of attention to children - more than many. Well, there are, of course, individuals who devote themselves entirely to children. I cannot boast of that. I have a job, I have sports. But in sports, I also have a lot of intersections with children.

I always take my children with me to competitions, I make sure to put them to bed. Children should be in bed at 10 o'clock - this is our rule. I bathe them often. Sometimes I take my children to kindergarten, school.

Teachers

There are two images from which I subconsciously learned a lot. One is Konstantin Grigorishin (businessman, president of the Energy Standard group), and the second is Valery Khoroshkovsky (businessman, billionaire, owned Ukrsotsbank, Inter channel, Merks company). These are two cosmic people who still exist, partly in my life. Well, that's too loud.:)

For example, thanks to Kostya, I started to run, and then in the end I began to practice biathlon, although Kostya does not know about it.

I also sincerely consider Boris Timonkin as a teacher in terms of banking (he was the Head of the Board of Ukrsotsbank for 12 years). He shaped a lot in my mind as a banker: what a banker should be like, what should be done, consistency, approaches. I disagree with him in many ways, but at the same time, if you take 80% of professional skills, I took them from Boris.

Life philosophy

In business, I prefer to be open-minded. I will never cheat.

I will not go to default on my obligations. It just goes against my life credo.

What is happiness

I define happiness as a few moments after a goal has been achieved.

The more difficult the goal, the more endorphins when you reach it.
