It is harmful?

Steam culture adepts will tell you that there is no harm from steam, and if there is, it is several times less than from an ordinary (so-called analog) cigarette. On the one hand, this is so: there are no tar and combustion products of tobacco and paper in the steam from an electronic cigarette. There may not even be nicotine in there, as we already found out.

But, for example, it does not support the optimistic attitude of vapers.

The solutions used in ENDS and the substances released from them contain other chemicals, some of which are considered toxic.

The WHO even prepared a large one, in which it quite specifically described what it does not like bathers, both those who pour liquid with nicotine and those who do not indulge in nicotine. Experts cannot yet confirm the claims of vapers that steam is not harmful or safe for others. Refute too: there is little research. However, there is reason to think.

Is this even legal?

The use of electronic cigarettes is not subject to the laws of the Russian Federation. At least for now. That is, anyone can soar, anywhere (although this is already prohibited on board the aircraft).
