Top nominations this year and HBO's clash with Netflix.
The US Academy of Television Arts and Sciences has named the 2018 Emmy winners. For the first time in 17 years, HBO did not dominate in the number of nominations: it was overtaken by the streaming giant Netflix. As a result, each of them took away 23 awards.
