- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds - optional.
Preparation
Finely chop the garlic or pass through a press. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences. Cut the beef into oblong slices as thick as a finger, green onions - coarsely.
Combine soy sauce, garlic, honey, sugar, butter, vinegar, ginger, and starch. Pour this mixture over the meat (leave a little for the broccoli), marinate for about 10 minutes.
