If you're in the latter category, there are ways to reduce sweating and make summer workouts more enjoyable.

Sweat is an aqueous solution of salts and organic matter secreted by the sweat glands. Sweat evaporation serves to regulate thermoregulation in many mammalian species. The reflex occurs due to irritation of the skin receptors that perceive heat.

The sweat glands are involved in the regulation of body temperature. For the release of one liter of sweat, 2,436 kJ is spent, as a result of which the body cools. At low ambient temperatures, sweating decreases dramatically. When the air is saturated with water vapor, the evaporation of water from the skin surface stops. When we put in more effort to exercise, our thyroid gland begins to release more hormones that help muscles work. The higher the load, the more you sweat, so the only way out in this case is to slow down and revise your training plan, since the load on the body and on the cardiovascular system in hot weather is always stronger than with the same efforts, but more low temperature.

Another easy way to reduce sweating is to find your perfect antiperspirant! It is better to do it in this mode: once at night, before going to bed, and the second time in the morning, for reliability. For more sensitive areas, you can make an aqueous solution of soda and wipe problem areas with it (for example, under the breast). Baking soda is a great antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent!

To prevent sweat from clogging your eyes, you can use a dry shampoo that is applied to the scalp prior to training and used as directed.

Anything that can lower your body temperature can stop a waterfall after a workout. An excellent and safe option is to dip your feet in cool water.

Another way is to accustom your body to the heat. We have already talked about how our body reacts to heat, but again: do not avoid exercising during the hot part of the day, just significantly reduce the load and visit the sauna several times a week, which will help your body adapt to the heat. It can take several weeks to adapt, but it's worth it!

Change your clothes

Last but not least, always choose the right sportswear! It should be made of specially designed synthetic fabrics that will wick moisture away from your body and allow it to breathe.
