Ingredients:
- 100 g chicken breast;
- 1 tablespoon sour cream;
- 50 g of cheese;
- ½ medium onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- salt, pepper to taste;
- butter for frying.
Preparation
Boil the breast in salted water, cool and chop (or mince). Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until transparent.
Mix chicken and onion, add crushed garlic, sour cream. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Season with salt, pepper, mix thoroughly. Fill the pancakes and fry them a little in butter.
Recipe number 2. Pancakes with berries and curd cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ glasses of sugar;
- 200 g of curd cheese;
- powdered sugar.
Preparation
Mix the berries in a saucepan and place over medium heat. Add sugar and lemon juice. Bring the berry mixture to a boil, then remove from heat and cool.
You can add a little powdered sugar to curd cheese. Grease one side of each pancake, and place the berries on top.
Roll up the pancake, sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour over melted chocolate from a pastry bag.
Recipe number 3. Pancakes with chocolate paste and strawberries
Ingredients:
- ½ cup chocolate nut spread;
- 10 fresh strawberries;
- powdered sugar.
Preparation
Brush half of each pancake with chocolate nut spread evenly.
Cut the berries into pieces and place them on the chocolate layer.
Fold the pancake in half, and then again. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
Recipe number 4. Pancakes with cookies and marshmallows
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of wheat crackers;
- 1 bar of milk chocolate;
- 50 g marshmallows.
Preparation
Break the cookies into pieces and place on half of each pancake. Add a few wedges of chocolate and marshmallows.
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Fold each pancake twice and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
