In the summertime, a fresh batch of soft drink recipes is never too much, right? This triplet will not become a full-fledged substitute for life-giving water, but it will be able to act as an excellent addition to it.
Lemonade
We start with the classic - lemonade, this time in the company of the summer berry itself.
Everything is elementary: we cook a syrup from water and sugar with the addition of halves of strawberries, lemon juice and zest.
Cool, beat with a blender, pass through a sieve - you're done! To heighten the cooling effect, a portion of ice is required.
Lassi
Moving on to the Indian refreshing lassi. It is often served at home after another meal with an abundance of spices.
Lassi is a simple mixture of yogurt, milk (or water), spices and / or fruits.
Whisk the milk with yogurt and honey so that foam forms on the surface.
Pour the drink into glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and ground cardamom.
Milkshake with mint
A favorite children's delicacy - a milkshake - according to our recipe, cools not so much due to the presence of ice cream in the composition, but due to a drop of mint extract. The latter can be safely replaced with high-quality essential oil, which is suitable for human consumption. Fresh mint leaves are best used for decoration, since their surface teeming with small hairs strives to cling to the tongue and palate, spoiling all the pleasant sensations of the drink.
Food coloring has only an aesthetic function. We added AmeriColor in Forest green literally at the tip of a toothpick.
We throw all the ingredients into a blender and beat until we see a steady foam on the surface. A handful of chocolate chips is a must to finish!

Strawberry lemonade
Ingredients:
- water - 250 ml;
- strawberries - 4-5 berries;
- lemon juice - 20 ml;
- lemon zest - ½ tsp;
- sugar to taste.
Preparation
- We mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and put on fire. Cook the berries for 3 minutes after boiling and leave the lemonade to cool.
- Beat the drink with a blender and filter. Add a handful of ice.
Lassi
Ingredients:
- drinking yogurt without fillers - 250 ml;
- milk - 120 ml;
- honey - to taste;
- ground cinnamon, cardamom - pinch at a time.
Preparation
Beat yogurt with milk until foam forms on the surface. Sprinkle the drink with ground spices.
Milkshake with mint
Ingredients:
- vanilla ice cream - 150 g;
- milk - 180 ml;
- mint extract - 2-3 drops;
- green food coloring, chocolate chips - optional.
Preparation
- Beat ice cream with milk, mint extract and dye with a mixer until thick and stable foam forms on the surface.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips before serving.
