Pork marinades in the oven
1. Marinade on kefir
Ingredients
- 1 onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 glass of kefir;
- 1 bay leaf;
- spices, salt - to taste.
Preparation
Take a whole piece of pork neck or tenderloin (800 g), rinse and sprinkle with salt and spices. Chop the onion into large rings, chop the garlic. Pour kefir to the meat, mix with garlic and onions, add bay leaf.
Send the marinated meat to the refrigerator. After 1-2 hours, wrap in foil and bake for 40-50 minutes.
2. Marinade with basil
Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- ½ bunch of parsley;
- 1 onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar;
- ground pepper to taste.
Preparation
Combine the basil, parsley, onion and garlic in a blender. Pour in vegetable oil, add salt, sugar and pepper, mix again.
Rinse 600g pork and cut into medium sized pieces. Pour the marinade over, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 3 to 12 hours.
Bake for 1 hour at 190 degrees.
Oven beef marinades
3. Marinade with teriyaki sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup beef broth;
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce;
- ½ teaspoon of any hot sauce;
- ¼ glasses of refined vegetable oil;
- 1 onion;
- 3 cloves of garlic.
Preparation
Combine broth, teriyaki and hot sauce in a special baking bag (with fasteners). Add butter and finely chopped onion and garlic.
Place a whole piece of beef tenderloin (2 kg) in a bag, tie and shake to distribute the marinade evenly. Refrigerate the bag for 8 hours.
After the meat is marinated, cook it on a grill rack or on a baking sheet in the oven for 2 hours at 180 degrees.
4. Marinade with mustard and honey
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey;
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Preparation
Combine butter, soy sauce and honey. Pour in the rice vinegar, add chopped garlic and a spoonful of mustard.
Cut 500 g of beef into thin slices, cover with marinade and leave for 30-40 minutes. Then fry the meat a little in a skillet to keep it juicy. Place in a baking dish, add any stir-fried vegetables, top with marinade and bake in oven for about 30 minutes.
Oven marinades for lamb
5. Marinade with thyme and soy sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 clove of garlic;
- ground black pepper to taste.
Preparation
In a glass bowl, combine the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, thyme, garlic, and pepper. Place two lamb steaks in the marinade, cover with cling film. Refrigerate the meat.
After 2 hours, wrap the meat in foil and put it in the oven for 40 minutes, preheated to 180-200 degrees.
6. Marinade with ginger and yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 lemon;
- 2 cm of ginger root;
- 250 ml plain yogurt;
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika;
- 1/2 spoonful of ground black pepper.
Preparation
Remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Peel the ginger, grate it. Combine ginger and lemon with yogurt, add coriander and chopped garlic. Season the marinade and season with the pepper mixture.
Rinse and dry 1 ½ kg of leg of lamb, brush with marinade. Lamb can be marinated from 3 to 12 hours.
Then put the meat in the culinary sleeve, make a few punctures. Cook for 2 hours in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
