  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon dry paprika;
  • 1 teaspoon lard;
  • salt, pepper, cumin.

Preparation

  1. Wash the meat, dry it, cut into large cubes.
  2. Extract seeds from bell pepper, cut into small cubes.
  3. Dice the tomatoes and potatoes.
  4. Chop the onion and garlic.
  5. Melt lard in a saucepan, add onion and garlic, sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Fry the meat in a pan with a little lard or vegetable oil.
  7. Transfer the meat to a saucepan, add water so that it covers all the pieces, add salt, pepper, cumin. Simmer for an hour and a half, adding water if necessary.
  8. Add potatoes, tomatoes and bell peppers. Fill with water so that it covers the entire contents. Cook for 15 minutes (until the potatoes are ready).
  9. Let the soup steep for 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry crushed peas;
  • 500 g smoked pork ribs;
  • 2 potato tubers;

Preparation

  1. Rinse the peas and soak for three hours.

  4. Fry the onions, add 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.

6. Spicy pumpkin soup

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg pumpkin;
  • 2 onions;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 200 ml cream, 15% fat;
  • 500 ml of vegetable broth;
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 60 g fresh ginger;
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt pepper;
  • pumpkin seeds for decoration.

Preparation

  1. Cut pumpkin in half, remove seeds, brush with oil. Put in the oven, cut down, bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  2. Scrape the pulp with a spoon, add it to the pan with vegetable broth. Add spices and grated ginger there.
  3. Fry the onion in butter until transparent, add it to the broth.
