If thin crust and plenty of toppings, especially cheese, are the criteria for the perfect pizza for you, then try the flipped pizza, recently shared by the chefs at Chicago Pizza and Oven Grinder Co. This cheese monster has borrowed little from the classic pizza, but still deserves the right to exist and universal love.

The basis of any pizza is dough. As part of this recipe, you can use our universal yeast dough, choose your own proven recipe, or save time and buy a ready-made pizza dough.

While the dough is coming up, tinker with the filling. Prepare your chosen ingredients in any quantities you want. There are no specific proportions here, so you can safely fill your pizza with only salami or a mixture of vegetables. We settled on the last option, using a little sweet pepper fried with onions, boiled broccoli and mushroom inflorescences. An alternative can be any type of meat, minced meat, sausages, a mixture of different types of cheeses.

The principle of making this pizza is as follows: grease a heat-resistant ceramic bowl with butter inside and around the edges. Plates of hard cheese are laid out on the bottom, completely covering the dishes with them from the inside, and the remaining space is filled with any filling and pour the sauce over everything.

Cover the filled bowl with rolled dough and cut off the excess. Cutting the dough too much is not worth it, the sides should be high enough to hold the filling inside.

Grease the surface of the dough with butter and place the pizza in an oven preheated to 230 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until the lid of the dough is browned and begins to make a dull sound when tapped.

Gently turn the bowl over, go around the entire circumference of the bowl with a knife, carefully peeling off the edges of the dough, then remove the bowl and cut the pizza into pieces.
