Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter;
  • 4 chicken breasts;
  • 3-4 feathers of green onions;
  • 230 g sour cream of any fat content;
  • salt and black pepper to taste.

Preparation

In the original recipe, chicken breasts are fried in butter, but I decided to first bake them in the oven and then send them to the sauce. It turned out to be no less tasty and more useful.

So, rinse the chicken breasts, lightly beat, salt, pepper, coat with vegetable oil and put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200-210 degrees.

While the chicken is cooking, melt the butter in a frying pan, add half of the finely chopped green onions there, sauté it for literally 30 seconds and add sour cream. Salt and pepper the sauce to taste, simmer for 5 minutes and remove from heat.

When the chicken fillet is ready, put the sauce on the fire again and put the breasts in it. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes to soak the poultry with the sauce. Then put on a plate, drizzle with creamy sauce on top and sprinkle with the remaining half of the chopped green onions.

Recipe number 2. Chicken breasts breaded with lemon

Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts;
  • ⅓ cups of lemon juice;
  • 1½ cups bread crumbs
  • vegetable oil (if you fry);
  • lemon pepper to taste;
  • parsley and lemon as decoration.

Preparation

Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise to make 4 thin slices and beat lightly. Then put them in lemon juice, leave to lie on one side for 2 minutes, then turn over and leave for another 2 minutes. After that, roll the chicken breasts in breadcrumbs, pressing down well so that the breading holds.

Further, in the original recipe, the breasts are fried in a pan in vegetable oil for about 4 minutes on each side (or until golden brown). Again, I decided to send the chicken to the oven. The main thing is not to forget to put baking paper on a baking sheet and turn the pieces with tongs, very carefully, as the breading may fall off.

If you decide to fry the chicken, gently blot the finished breasts with a paper towel, removing excess fat. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and garnish with lemon wedges.

Recipe number 3. Chicken breasts with lemon and asparagus beans

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg of chicken breasts;
  • ¼ cups of flour;
  • ½ teaspoon salt;
  • black pepper to taste;
  • 2 tablespoons of butter;
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1-2 cups of asparagus beans
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • parsley for decoration.

Preparation

In the original recipe, the chicken goes with asparagus, but I decided to cook a more budget option and used asparagus beans. It turned out very tasty!

Slice the chicken breasts in half and beat off a little. Combine salt, pepper and flour in a small bowl and roll over the chicken pieces in this breading. In this case, the chicken is just better to fry. If you want to bake, then do not roll in breading, but simply salt, pepper, coat with vegetable oil and send to the oven.

If you decide to fry the chicken, then melt the butter in a deep frying pan, fry the breasts on it until cooked and send it to a plate. Then fry the frozen asparagus beans in the same skillet until soft. Put it on a separate plate.

After that, send the lemons into the pan, cut into circles, and fry them on each side for several minutes, without touching, so that they caramelize.

Before serving, lay out asparagus beans and chicken fillets in layers, decorate the dish with lemon slices and parsley.

Recipe number 4. Chicken breasts in tomato-soy sauce with sesame seeds

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken fillets;
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame or other vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Preparation

The original recipe uses sweet soy sauce. We can either use the regular option or add 1 teaspoon of honey to it.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and beat lightly. In a bowl, combine tomato and soy sauces, vegetable oil, sesame seeds, and honey.

Generously grease the chicken fillet with the resulting sauce, leave to stand for a while and send to the oven on a baking sheet covered with baking paper for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. It is advisable to turn the fillet 15 minutes after the start of baking, so that it is better fried on both sides.

The finished fillet can be additionally sprinkled with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Stewed vegetables, rice, bulgur or a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs are perfect as a side dish for all these dishes.

Bon Appetit!
