Dark Mode on YouTube Android App Now Available to All Users

YouTube Night Mode allows you to activate a dark theme, which is less annoying in low light. Although many users prefer to use this theme on an ongoing basis.

To activate the night mode, open the program settings by tapping on your avatar in the upper right corner of the main program window. On the next screen, select "Settings". Then go to the "General" section. This is where you need to move the "Night mode" switch.

It is possible that you will not be able to activate the dark theme the first time. For many users, this setting is simply absent or its activation does not bring any result.

If you encounter similar problems, then try deleting all YouTube app data in your operating system settings. Then launch the app and wait a few minutes for it to download new data from the google server. After restarting, the dark theme should work.
