It is worth reading to better understand yourself and the world around you.
Every year I feel delighted with how much I have changed, how much I have learned and how little I know at the same time. It helps me to question what I used to think was irrefutable. And this is an occasion to reflect on how I became better and what contributed to this.
I am sure that in a few years I will remember today and be surprised at what I was thinking. Nevertheless, I want to highlight a number of things that I currently consider to be the truths of life.

Mental and physical health comes first. The rest is not that important.
