- ¼ medium head of cabbage;
- 1 large carrot;
- ½ bunch of green onions;
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of liquid honey;
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Chop the cabbage. Grate the carrots with a Korean carrot grater and finely chop the onion. Place all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Combine yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour this dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly.

3. Salad with cabbage, chicken, avocado, mango and bell pepper
Ingredients
- ¼ medium white cabbage fork;
- ⅛ medium head of red cabbage;
- 350-400 g of boiled chicken;
- 1 avocado
- 1 mango;
- 1 red bell pepper;
- 1 large carrot;
- 1 bunch of parsley;
- ½ bunch of green onions;
- a handful of cashews or peanuts;
- 120 g peanut butter;
- 2-3 tablespoons of hot water;
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of soy vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of liquid honey;
- ¼ teaspoon of sesame oil - optional;
- juice of 1 lime;
- a pinch of ground red pepper.
Preparation
Chop the cabbage, cut the chicken into chunks, and the peeled avocados, mangoes, and peppers into small strips or cubes. Grate the carrots with a Korean carrot grater. Chop herbs and nuts. Combine these ingredients.

4. Salad with cabbage, apples and mayonnaise dressing
Ingredients
- 2-3 large green apples;
- 240 ml of water;
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ medium head of cabbage;
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- a few sprigs of thyme;
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- salt to taste;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 120 g mayonnaise;
- 1/2 bunch of parsley.
Preparation
Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut the fruit in half. Cut each half into thin semicircular slices. Transfer the apples to a plastic or glass bowl. Add water and 4 tablespoons of lemon juice to them and let sit for 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 150-200 g of raw peanuts;
- ¼ medium white cabbage fork;
- ¼ medium head of red cabbage;
- 300 g cherry tomatoes;
- 1 bunch of parsley;
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste;
- 1-2 teaspoons of honey.
Preparation
Place the peanuts in a preheated skillet and fry, turning occasionally, for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Chop the cabbage, halve the cherry and chop the parsley.
Combine lime juice, butter, salt and honey. Place vegetables and herbs in a salad bowl, pour over the dressing and stir. Sprinkle nuts on the salad before serving.

- ¼ medium head of cabbage;

- 150 g smoked cheese;

Preparation

- ¼ medium head of broccoli;
- 150 g of grapes;
- juice of 1 lemon;
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil;

Preparation
Peel the avocado and cut it in half lengthwise. Cut one half and peeled cucumber into thin slices. Chop the cabbage and sort the broccoli into florets. Place the ingredients in a bowl and add the whole grapes.
