Coarsely chopped mushrooms are fried for 15-18 minutes, slices and medium pieces - 10 minutes or a little longer, and small pieces are enough for 5 minutes.

But it's better to be guided by your taste. Champignons can also be eaten raw, so if they cook less than the specified time, nothing bad will happen. Just bring them to the degree of ruddy that you like.
