- ½ teaspoon of paprika;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
- Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into the pan.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices. Add thyme, salt and pepper, sauté a little.
- Add spinach, fry with mushrooms, stirring occasionally.
- Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper on both sides, making cuts 1, 5–2 centimeters apart.
- Fill the incisions with the fried mushrooms and spinach.
- Place the stuffed breasts in a baking dish, sprinkle with paprika and cheese.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Chicken with spinach and mushrooms is ready. Bon Appetit!
