The complex will take only 5 minutes and at the same time relieve tension from the shoulders and back and strengthen weak muscles. You can do this warm-up during breaks from work, before the main workout, or as a supplement to it, aimed at developing shoulder mobility.

There are eight exercises for different levels of training:

  1. Reduction-dilution of the shoulder blades in the lying position.
  2. Raising and lowering the shoulder blades with your arms above your head.
  3. Holding the "boat" on the press.
  4. Reduction-dilution of the shoulder blades in the support on the forearms.
  5. Reduction-breeding of the shoulder blades against a wall or in an inclined hang.
  6. Involving the shoulders in the hanging on the horizontal bar.
  7. Raising and lowering the shoulders in support on the uneven bars.
  8. Involving the shoulders in a handstand.

Perform 6-15 slow, controlled reps of each exercise. You can navigate by time - work for 20-30 seconds and move on to the next item.
