Usually bananas are offered to be frozen in a peel or cut into pieces, but both are not very convenient. Removing the peel from a frozen banana can take a lot of work or spend a lot of time defrosting. And the pieces freeze, and it becomes almost impossible to separate one from the other.

We offer the easiest and most convenient way:

  1. Peel the banana. Start at the end opposite to the stem, so the banana stays cleaner, there will be no "strings" on it.
  2. Wrap each banana in plastic wrap, foil, or baking paper.
  3. Place wrapped bananas in a bag and place in the freezer.
  4. When you're ready to cook, take out as many bananas as you need. Break the banana in half, if necessary.
