Recently I had a workout during which I slightly changed my running technique, as a result of which a lot of stress fell on the toe. During the run, a pleasant warm burning sensation was felt in the calves. The next day, this pleasant burning sensation turned into a hellish soreness, and even a diligent warm-up and hitch with an emphasis on the calf muscles, performed before and after the run, did not save me. Walking was not very comfortable, so I had to urgently look for exercises that would help stretch these muscles and relieve tension.
I share what I found with you!
Before I offer you an exercise video, I want to say that if you have a special massage video, then this is your salvation! Unfortunately, I didn't have this - I had to make do with plastic 1, 5-liter bottles of cold water.

I did this exercise very first. If you can reach the toe with your hand, grab your big toes with your index and thumb and gently pull the toe towards you. But before doing these grips, you can warm up your calves by alternating two of the simplest exercises: toe to yourself - toe to yourself.
