After this exercise, the impression was created that some extraneous force was raising our hands up. To be honest, I vaguely remember our PE teacher's confused explanations.
But these people have found a very interesting use for the towel and use it in their home workouts as an additional accessory when performing both strength exercises and stretching exercises.
