How to do a workout

The complex consists of four exercises:

  • Running with a touch of the palms.
  • Jumping "legs together - legs apart" in a lying position.
  • Lunges in a circle.
  • Deflection with the establishment of the legs crosswise.

Do each exercise for 40 seconds, and rest for the remaining 20 seconds or more. At the end of the article there is a whole video of one lap with a timer - turn it on and do it with me.

When you complete one circle, move on to the second without additional rest. Complete five laps. If the 40/20 format is hard and you can't catch your breath, go to 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest.

How to do exercise

Running with the touch of the palms

Bend your elbows at a right angle and turn them palms down. Touch your knees with your palms each time.

If it's too difficult, do your regular running in place.

Jumping "legs together - legs apart" in a lying position

Do two jumps "legs together - legs apart" in a regular plank, and two - in a low support position. If your hands can't stand it, always jump in a plank.

Circle lunges

Do lunges in full range, make sure that the knee in front of the standing leg does not curl inward, keep your back straight.

Deflection with the establishment of the legs crosswise

Try to reach the opposite arm with your foot. You can download a tabata timer with sound alerts, or follow the video. Unmute the sound in the lower right corner of the player.
