Basic actions to help you lose weight.
When it's really time to lose weight and you need to reduce the number of calories eaten, it becomes creepy: you have to go hungry. Actually, no: the first steps in regulating your diet will be very simple, but they will help you to throw more than 50 calories from the plate per day.

8. Next time, make the soup without potatoes and no noodles.
9. Buy a special oil spray and use it when you dress salads or fry.
10. Cut a slice of bread for a sandwich thinner.
11. And put on it a doctor's sausage, produced according to GOST, and not smoked.
12. Remove the skin from the chicken and never eat it at all.
13. Make homemade lemonade, don't buy soda.
14. If you still have cake, try eating it without cream.
15. Make banana ice cream. Buy ripe bananas, peel and cut into thin slices. Freeze them and then grind them in a blender. Ice cream is ready. Bananas are high in calories, but not as high as ice cream.
16. Buy an appliance for your kitchen that will cut sausage and cheese into thin slices. And still put two pieces on the sandwich, not four.
17. Eat without a smartphone in your hands and not in front of the TV, otherwise miss the moment when you are full and eat more.
18. Buy non-stick cookware that can cook without oil.
19. Eat fruit before dinner, not for dessert. This will help keep you from overeating.
20. Eat sandwiches with vegetables instead of bread. Use zucchini, lettuce, cauliflower "steaks" instead of slices of bread.
