Cheese coffee, orange, pepper and other experiments that will delight anyone who tries it.
Cheese coffee
This recipe is puzzling at first: coffee and cheese? Are you joking? Not at all: the taste of this “cocktail” is unusual, rich and bright. You may not drink such a drink every day, but for warm gatherings on a chilly day, the option is excellent.
Making cheese coffee is easy. Brew a drink in a Turk according to your usual recipe. Heat some milk (70 grams per spoonful of ground coffee), add some melted cheese, powdered sugar (to taste) and, of course, brewed coffee.
Whisk the drink. Taste!
Pepper coffee
The drink has been known for a long time: it was this kind of coffee that was highly valued in the East two hundred years ago. To make friends visit again, it is better to use pepper not chili, but less hot - ground black, as well as a few grains of allspice.
Spices will give freshly brewed coffee a special aroma and flavor.
The recipe is as follows: add ¼ spoonful of black pepper to 2 teaspoons of ground coffee, grind a couple of allspice peas there, pour into a Turk, pour water, bring to a boil, but do not boil. Add a pinch of salt, let stand.
Pour into cups, add honey. Enjoy!
Spiced coffee
Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, grated ginger transform coffee into something magical. The aroma of this drink reminds of all your favorite holidays at once. But keep in mind: spices require special handling!
One option is to pour them into a dry skillet, add a little sugar and a few drops of water, and heat to caramelize the mixture. Then pour water in half with milk, bring to a boil and only then add ground coffee.
Cover the drink with a lid and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. They say spiced coffee not only invigorates - it activates creativity. Check it out!
"Baked" coffee
Simply replacing regular milk with baked milk works wonders. Do not give out this secret to anyone! Brew coffee in a Turk with a pinch of vanilla sugar.
Experts advise to let the foam rise three times.
Heat a third of a glass of baked milk in a separate bowl and stir everything. If you decorate this wonderful drink with chocolate chips on top, you will definitely be suspected of using magic. Get inspired!
Honey garlic coffee
A drink that changes all traditional ideas about coffee! If you're ready to experiment, take action. Add a thin piece of garlic to ground coffee, cover with hot water and bring to a boil three times. Then pour into cups and add some honey to each.
Do not stir the drink - the honey should dissolve on its own.
In order to finally break stereotypes, add a slice of lemon. Experiment!
Orange coffee
Delicious, unusual, aromatic, fresh - having treated your friends to such coffee, you will definitely earn the honorary title of barista. All you need to do is squeeze juice from an orange, buy 20% cream and brew an espresso.
Beat the cream with sugar (to taste), add the juice at the very end. Pour the mixture into a tall glass and carefully add coffee along the tip of a knife.
Present the resulting two-layer drink to your friends. Surprise!
