Did something bother you, frighten you, anger you? We do breathing exercises. We calmed down a bit, now we need space for comfortable thinking. We put on headphones, cut in our favorite tracks and paint mandalas or some other pictures. As we do this, mentally we ask ourselves questions: “What will this angry comment mean to me in five years? And a year later? What will this feedback from a disgruntled customer mean to me in a year?"
