Get inspired and get creative!
It seems that a professional camera is a must for quality content. But now the technology that allows you to take great pictures and videos has become much more affordable. We decided to shoot material that we would not be ashamed to share on social networks using a budget smartphone.
1. Portrait with bokeh effect
The blurred background is like a sprig of dill on a plate of dumplings. A simple trick, but for some reason it immediately makes everything more interesting and effective. You can take a picture and then blur everything except the person. Or use a special mode on your smartphone. In the second case, you do not need to open the photo editor. This blur looks more natural because it is achieved through the action of the lenses.
The main thing is that the bokeh effect is smooth and natural, without the endless blurry crown that filters make. To make it more noticeable how the effect changes the photo, I took two shots: with and without bokeh.
2. Color on a black and white background
Photos superimposed on a pre-created background are rarely realistic and beautiful. If you want to play with the matte, try creating a border effect by desaturating the background - it's unusual and stylish. You can get it with a video editor or use the built-in technology. In the second case, nothing needs to be processed additionally: the camera itself will make the person brighter and discolor everything else.
I was wearing beige trousers that treacherously blended with the background. But the artificial intelligence did not give in: it immediately understood where the pants were and where the wall was. We tried to confuse him as best we could - we even put the pumpkin in the foreground. But no, the vegetable remained colorless.
3. Night photo from the back
In the fall, the mood is always some kind of philosophical. It's time to take pictures of the city lights at night and prepare thoughtful quotes that were previously awkward to post. It is only necessary that the smartphone has a special night mode, which allows you to maintain quality in the dark. See how much less impressive such a photo looks when shooting in normal mode.
I took a photo where I admire the lights of night Voronezh. The correct contrast was adjusted automatically, and the lights were beautifully washed out. We sign: "Do not be afraid of shadows: they appear only when the light is on nearby." Like, repost!
4. Portrait in the lights of the night city
Face-to-face shots tend to garner more views. Therefore, if the mood is still philosophical, but likes themselves will not get themselves, you need to add a cool portrait to the city at night.
During the walk, I took a couple of photos. The best shots are taken in night mode - see the difference in the gallery. Don't forget about signatures! "Autumn will kill your mood, health and white sneakers, but that's not a reason not to love it."
If you do not want to understand the complex settings of photo editors, choose a phone that will do everything by itself. For example,. The main and front cameras of the smartphone will create pictures with the bokeh effect, and beautiful photos against black and white backgrounds can be taken in the AI Color mode. Reno4 Lite also has night modes: normal and for shooting portraits - AI Super Night. It consists of HDR technologies, face recognition and backlight compensation. Thanks to them, the pictures are clearer and brighter.
5. Flatley with detail
Don't know what to post - upload a photo of the food. One of the healthiest ways to convey gastro-esthetics is flatley. It also helps to express all your creativity: you can put flowers or leaves next to it, reading glasses, a book and anything else to create a cute composition. I did just that: I captured my morning espresso with autumn vibes.
It is important that the camera has a high resolution. With it, you can achieve maximum detail, for example, when you want the words in the photo to be readable. On my flatlet, not a single letter is blurred.
6. Captured moment
Photos look more interesting if they have some kind of action. It is not necessary to wait for something to happen, you can create the desired action with your own hands. For example, throw something into the air and catch: confetti, balls, balloons. The most important thing is to hold down the shutter button with your finger so that the camera takes many pictures at once. And then choose the ones you like and put them in a collage. The image immediately becomes livelier and more fun.
7. Selfie video from the park
If you want to shoot video on the move, you need a smartphone with video stabilization mode. I went for a walk to the park, shot a video and was pleased with the result: there was no jitter, the picture turned out to be stable.
Here is a similar video without the stabilization system - it is much less convenient to watch it.
And if the main camera has a stabilization system, you can capture not only yourself, but also the surroundings. The video from the park was successful despite the fact that at that moment I was actively moving my smartphone to capture all the details.
The difference is very noticeable - in normal mode, the video turned out to be more "jumpy".
8. Slow motion
The simplest things that happen quickly look spectacular in slow motion. This technique can be adopted. For example, if you observe the flight of a bee near a flower or the falling of water droplets. I shot in slow-motion the wine pouring into the glass. In normal shooting, everything takes one second, and no content can be made out of it. And in slo-mo it turned out great.
9. Accelerated shooting
The rule works in the opposite direction: if something happens slowly, there is every chance that it will look great in an accelerated format. For example, you can put your phone in time-lapse mode at sunset, come back 10 minutes later and get a few seconds of amazing video showing the sunset over the horizon. Or you can shoot several yoga asanas, as I did.
And, yes, it seems that if your cat has never approached you during yoga, it needs to be shown to the veterinarian. It may be broken.
10. Shooting 4K
When you don't feel like filming yourself, you can activate your inner director and capture something highly artistic. But to capture truly detailed and deep videos, you need a high-quality 4K mode. I decided to test this feature and take pictures of the roses in the garden fluttering in the wind.
I liked the result. Everything is rendered very realistically, petal to petal, despite the fact that the flowers were in constant motion. I think that in this mode, you can easily take macro photography and get decent videos.
All pictures and videos in this article were taken using a smartphone from OPPO. It has six lenses - four for the main camera and two for the front camera. All cameras work with artificial intelligence technologies. Thanks to this, the smartphone can take high-quality photos and cool selfies in different lighting conditions. AI-beautification algorithms themselves select the ideal tone and allow you to achieve maximum quality even with a lack of light. A wide-angle lens, dual cameras for bokeh effect and a dedicated portrait mode for night shooting help you create cool and varied content. In addition, the OPPO Reno4 Lite has video stabilization systems for both cameras: Steady Video and Ultra Steady Video, as well as a 4K shooting mode. All that remains is to come up with cool ideas for photos and videos, and then bring them to life.
