Ingredients

For cakes:

  • 340 g flour;
  • 300 g sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt;
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 eggs;
  • 130 g sour cream with 20% fat;
  • 150 g cream with 33% fat;
  • 300 ml odorless vegetable oil;
  • 1 tablespoon red gel dye.

For the cream:

  • 180 g butter;
  • 200 g icing sugar;
  • 800 g of curd cheese.

Preparation

Make the dough first. Send all the cake ingredients into one container (sequence is not important). Then mix everything with a mixer until smooth.

The dough will turn out to be a little thin. Let it sit for 10-20 minutes to allow the soda to react with dairy products.

Grease the sides of the baking pan with butter and place baking parchment paper on the bottom. Since we need 4 cakes for the cake, divide the whole dough into 4 equal parts. Pour the first part into a mold and send to the oven, preheated to 170 degrees. Bake each crust for about 20 minutes. Check readiness with a skewer or toothpick.

While the cakes are baking, prepare the cream. Mix the butter with the icing sugar and beat with a mixer. Then add the curd cheese and stir the ingredients again until smooth.

The finished cakes should be even. Cut off the top of each, and trim the sides with a pastry ring.

Take a cooking bag, fill it with cream and gently coat each crust, moving from the center to the edges. The height of the cream layer should be 1 cm.
