If you constantly have to work on documents in a team, then Notejoy can become an indispensable assistant. The platform allows you to easily search for text files added by other employees and view their changes. The service has a convenient Evernote-style editor and a simple interface.
Thanks to Notejoy, the employee can quickly find all the work information he needs. The documents in the service are distributed among libraries, to which certain employees are assigned. When you add a note to the library, all of its members are immediately aware of it and have the opportunity to view the document.
The search system deserves special attention - it is fast and simple. When you enter a query, you immediately see a list of documents in which the specified word is present. On the right, the note itself is displayed with the highlighted query.
When you collaborate on a document, you get access to a chat. In it you can leave comments, make recommendations, and so on. To add a person to a document, just mention him using the @ symbol: he will receive a notification by mail, via a mobile application, or even via Slack, if the latter is connected.
At first glance, Notejoy is a fairly simple service, but in fact, there is a lot of functionality behind this simplicity. It often manifests itself in small things: with the editor, for example, you can work in Focus mode, and you can add lists, images and files from Google Drive and Microsoft Office to the text.
The platform is available for free, but in this case, the capacity of one library is limited to 10 users, and its storage is 100 MB. The Plus plan opens up much more options, while Premium Access protects documents with end-to-end encryption and adds a team activity bar.
You can work with Notejoy through a browser or client for macOS, Windows or iPhone. True, the iOS application is not available in the Russian App Store - you will have to switch to the American one.
