  • 1 glass of cherries;
  • ½ cup blueberries;

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 glass of orange juice

Preparation

Cut the cherries into halves and remove the seeds. Cut the fruit into medium-sized slices. Pour lemon juice into a bowl, add fruits and berries and stir. Add a glass of orange juice, let the salad absorb the flavor, and then drain. The salad can be served chilled or at room temperature.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas;
  • 2 apples;
  • 1 kiwi;
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 orange;
  • 100 g of chocolate;
  • whipped cream to taste.

Preparation

Cut and mix banana, apple, kiwi and orange slices, add a glass of blackberries. Keep the chocolate bar a little at room temperature to soften it. Cut the chocolate into cubes, add to the fruit. Pour the whipped cream over the salad and sprinkle with the grated chocolate.

  • 1 pineapple;
  • 2 mangoes;
  • 2 bananas;
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds;
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet coconut flakes.

Preparation

Chop pineapple, mango, bananas and mix with pomegranate seeds. Refrigerate the salad for a few hours, preferably overnight. Sprinkle with coconut before serving.

  • 15–20 grapes;
  • ½ cup walnuts;
  • 200 g soft cookies;
  • 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • ground cinnamon to taste.

Preparation

Combine watermelon, apple, kiwi, and canned pineapple slices. Cut the grapes into halves, peel and add to the fruit. Break soft cookies into small pieces, add nuts. Combine fruits, cookies and nuts, season with yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  • 3 medium avocados
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 apple;
  • 1 banana;
  • 1 cup pitted grapes
  • 300 g of canned tangerines.

Preparation

Remove seeds from ripe avocados and cut them into cubes. Pour with lemon juice, hold for 5 minutes, then drain the juice.

Prepare the dressing by mixing a few tablespoons of yogurt with honey and grated lemon zest.

Combine fruits with an avocado: banana, apple, grapes and canned tangerines. Add dressing.
