1. Fruit salad with vanilla pudding
Ingredients
- 300 g fresh or canned pineapple;
- 300 g fresh or canned peaches;
- 300 g fresh or canned tangerines;
- 3 bananas;
- 2 red apples;
- 1 glass of cold milk;
- 1 glass of sour cream;
- ⅓ glasses of natural orange juice;
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix.
Preparation
Cut pineapples, peaches, tangerines, bananas and apples into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Stir the milk, sour cream, juice and pudding mixture thoroughly. There should be no lumps in the sauce.
Pour over the fruit and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Ingredients
- 200 g cream cheese;
- 1 glass of sour cream;
- 3 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 1 bunch of green grapes;
- 1 bunch of red grapes;
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans)
Preparation
Whisk the cheese and sour cream. Add sugar and stir again. Pour the sauce over the grapes and leave in the refrigerator for an hour. Sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.

Ingredients
- 2 oranges;
- 1 grapefruit;
- 250 g fresh or canned pineapple;
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ¼ glasses of vanilla sugar;
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- ¹⁄₂ teaspoon lime zest
Preparation
Chop an orange, grapefruit and pineapple, cover with a mixture of juice and sugar and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Add yogurt and grated lime zest before serving.
4. Apple and honey salad
Ingredients
- 4 oranges;
- 2 pears;
- 3 bananas;
- 4 kiwi;
- 2 yellow apples;
- 1 green apple;
- 3 nectarines;
- 2 tablespoons of honey.
Preparation
Peel two oranges, all pears, bananas and kiwis. Cut them into large pieces, along with unpeeled apples and nectarines.
Squeeze the juice from the two remaining oranges, mix with honey and pour over the salad. Let sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
5. Spicy apple salad
Ingredients
- 2 green apples;
- 2 red apples;
- ¼ glasses of raisins;
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon;
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg;
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes.
Preparation
Cut the apples into cubes, add raisins and orange juice. Pour in the yogurt, cinnamon and nutmeg mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with nuts and coconut before serving.
6. Pineapple, orange, grape and marshmallow salad
Ingredients
- 400 g fresh or canned pineapple;
- 2 oranges;
- 2 cups green grapes
- 1 banana;
- 1 glass of marshmallows;
- 3 tablespoons of coconut flakes;
- 2 tablespoons minced almonds
- 200 g plain yoghurt.
Preparation
Slice pineapple, orange, grapes and banana. Combine with marshmallows, coconut and almonds. Add yogurt and let it brew for 15-20 minutes.

7. Pineapple salad with condensed milk, marshmallows and nuts
Ingredients
- 200 g soft cream cheese;
- ¹⁄₂ – 1 can of condensed milk;
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 600 g fresh or canned pineapple;
- 1 glass of marshmallows;
- ½ cup chopped nuts.
Preparation
Mix cheese, condensed milk and lemon juice. Add pineapple slices, marshmallows, and nuts. Refrigerate before serving.

8. Watermelon-mint cherry salad
Ingredients
- 1 glass of water;
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- ½ cup sugar;
- ½ watermelon;
- 500 g cherries.
Preparation
Boil water. Add the mint for 15-20 seconds. Add sugar and boil until it dissolves. Chop the mint and toss in the syrup. Cool it down, and then put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or better overnight.
Cut the watermelon into small pieces. Add the pitted cherries halves. Pour over the mint syrup and let sit for a couple of hours.

Ingredients
