IOS has a bookmarking feature that allows you to open apps using special links. Using it, we can create separate shortcuts with the necessary icons through which programs will be launched.
Here's what you need to do for this.
1. Install the proprietary Apple Configurator utility from the Mac App Store and run it.
2. Press Command + N to create a new profile.
3. Assign any name to the profile, and leave everything else as it is.
4. In the side menu, open the Web Clips item at the very bottom and click the Configure button.
5. In the Label field, enter the name of the icon - better the same as for the application.
6. In the URL field, enter the link to the application. You will have to find this information on the Internet. For example, in this list.
7. Select a new icon or drag it to the appropriate area and check all the boxes.
8. To add icons for other applications, press "+" and repeat the procedure.
9. When finished, press Command + S to save.
10. Connect iPhone to Mac and confirm the connection.
11. Open the device menu, click the Add button and select Profiles.
12. Specify the saved profile file, agree with its installation on the iPhone and confirm the action on the device itself.

Due to the processing of the bookmark, this will not happen instantly, but with a delay of about a second. After adding a new shortcut, original application icons can be hidden in a folder, but they will also remain working.
